We source high quality and unprocessed flours, ferment them slowly using our sourdough culture, then bake to perfection. The result is gut-friendly, nutritious, and delicious! The pies and pastries feature stone-ground Appalachian-wheat from Carolina Ground in Asheville, NC, and seasonal organically grown produce from Shiloh Farm.
